PROFILE简介:
l Implement company’s sales strategy that to be the profitable unique by delivering value to customer, and achieve company’s growth target in Water treatment, Coating and other applications in China.
执行公司的销售策略,通过传递价值给客户达到唯一盈利目的,并且达到公司在水处理、涂料等应用的增长目标。
RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
l Promote the product sales to the target market under the support from business development and supply chain team
在业务拓展和供应链部门的支持下提升产品在目标市场的销售;
l Explore new business and collect market information
拓展新业务并且收集市场信息;
l Support available distributors to improve the business quality so as to achieve the target
支持现有分销商提高业务质量以达到公司目标;
l Keep close relationship with our key customers and convincing them TALT being their value business partner
与现有重要客户保持紧密合作关系,并使他们相信特胺菱天是他们的价值伙伴;
l Observe the competitors’ activities in the market and report activity to management
观察竞争对手的市场活动并积极汇报管理层;
l Understand and report trends in downstream markets
理解并且报告下游市场情况;
l Follow-up on quality and supply issues
跟踪质量和供应问题;
l Responsible for financial issues such as payment collection and credit monitor at key accounts
负责货款的回收和重要客户信贷的监控;
l Regular customer forecasts, visit report, and other reports as required
客户拜访报告,客户销售预测,和其它要求报告;
REQUIREMENTS要求 (education教育, experience经验, competencies and specific job requirements能力和特别职位要求):
l Bachelor degree in Chemical or relative field is preferred
化工或者相关专业本科优先;
l 3 years or above relative sales/technical working experience is preferred
3年或以上销售技术相关工作经验优先;
l Good communications and presentation skills
良好沟通和介绍技巧;
l Good English language skill is a plus
良好英语能力优先;
l Can work under the pressure.
